Government outcome: Dienst Toeslagen, Berekening zorgtoeslag 2023 (TG 082 - 1Z32FD, januari 2023): "Bedrag per maand € 154,84", "€ 3.778 x 0,8814 = € 3.329,92", "Bedrag per maand € 113,90" — every intermediate cent truncated. The 2024 leaflet of the same series rounds the same figures arithmetically (€ 1.483,07 / 12 = € 123,589 → "€ 123,59"; € 3.974 × 0,9485 = € 3.769,339 → "€ 3.769,34"; € 1.313,96 / 12 = € 109,497 → "€ 109,50"), as do 2025 and 2026

Status: government — classified 2026-10-11: the encoding follows the text, which rounds nothing but the year amount (Awir art. 14 lid 4); the Dienst's printed method truncated cents in its 2023 leaflet and rounded them from 2024 on. No granted amount is affected: the whole-euro month (€ 154, € 113) and the year amount are the same under both. Recorded because the record is the point: the Dienst's arithmetic changed between two editions of the same leaflet while the text did not. Not #1 (a different cause: cent truncation, not the drempelinkomen) and not #5 (the whole-euro month, which the 2023 leaflet forms as #5 says: 154,84 → 154; 113,90 → 113). 2026-10-12: the 2022 leaflet (TG 082 - 1Z21FD, januari 2022) is mixed: it rounds the normpremie (1,848% × € 22.356 = € 413,13888 → "€ 413,14"; € 2.420,4094 → "€ 2.420,41") and the 50% step of rekenvoorbeeld 2 (€ 538,795 → "€ 538,80"), but truncates the 50% step of rekenvoorbeeld 3 (€ 1.902,13 × 50% = € 951,065 → "€ 951,06") and the month in both examples that have a fractional cent (€ 44,8996 → "€ 44,89"; € 79,2554 → "€ 79,25"). It also misprints the subtotal of rekenvoorbeeld 3 as "€ 1.602,13" where € 2.846,67 − € 944,54 = € 1.902,13 (the 50% figure confirms 1.902,13; a data error of the kind of #4, kept in the case as published). New cases under this entry: zt-2022-pub-002 (month cent) and zt-2022-pub-003 (year and month cents).
